Thank you Washingtoniain for putting on yet another outstanding "Unveiled" event this year. I had such a great time yesterday getting to catch up with old vendors, and meet new ones as well. MBK and I had so much fun sipping on ginger/pear martinis, and shooting an amazing bridal fashion show!
Amazing bar set-up that served delicious Ginger/Pear Martinis

This event gave me a reason to wear one of my favorite dresses. Festive and perfect for almost any event! Find similar dresses below!

With Spring around the corner, it's going to be hard to make it through the whole season without a pair of perfect flats. Now is your chance to be one "step" ahead of the game and buy them while the gettin' is good. Below are some of my faves so far!

This week I took a trip to my old stomping grounds. (Yes, that only means about 20 minutes from where I live now) to visit Lacy Couture Apparel. This little spot carries all of the hottest designer brands. Whether it be clothes, shoes, jewelry, or bags... they have it. This hott-little-number-of-a-jacket is on sale there now (made by Cecilia De Buccourt), as well as the necklace (by Liquid Metal). I decided to go with a more casual look: boyfriend jeans, solid black top, and heels. You could definitely dress this jacket up for a night-on-the-town too!

In spite of the terrible weather we've been having, I thought it might be nice to reminisce on the crazy awesome weather we had last weekend. 65 and sunny in December? I'll take it!

Bag: Céline, Skirt: Reddz, Shoes: Nordstrom, Watch: Michael Kors
Good morning everyone! I'm sure you are all dreading the fact that it's Monday just as much as I am. With that said, I wanted to start off the week right with a new outfit I put together. I found this awesome vintage Chanel pencil skirt over at Reddz trading and was just dying to find the right thing to pair it with. Mateen, (as usual) came to the rescue with this amazing Céline bag that could not have been more perfect with it. This made for an easy decision of pulling it all together with a blue cashmere sweater. (Compliments of my roommate Katie). My boss and I had a fun morning shooting this along the side streets in Georgetown. Seeing as I'm a local resident to the area, I thought this would be a great place to photograph. Big thanks to everyone who helped contribute with this one!

Outfit: Chanel Suit (Now available at Reddz), Watch: Michael Kors, Bag: Chanel (borrowed), Shoes: Jcrew
Happy Thursday! So excited to be launching my first official blog to start off the New Year. Thank you to those who have begun to follow as I start things up. This is definitely going to be a learning experience. A little fun fact, my boss is the photographer. Major props to him for contributing to this on a weekly basis. (For the record, he's a professional photographer as it is.)
I'm a sucker for vintage items. With that, I decided to bring this vintage Chanel suit back to life. It's so classic and chic, that it'll never go out of style. The gold Chanel bag is a nice touch as well. So nice of my friend Mateen to trust me with this gem. It goes with everything too!
